POLYESTER DECORATIVE PANEL HAVING CURVED CHAMFERED PARTS AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester decorative panel having curved chamfered partrs susceptible of bending processing of curvature with a radius of 3-10 mm, having a polyester resin layer having a pencil hardness of 2-5H and excellent in scratch resistance and not polluting environment. SOLUTION: In the polyester decorative panel having curved chamfered parts with a radius of 3-10 mm constituted by successively laminating an adhesive layer, a decorative sheet layer and the polyester resin layer on the upper surface of a base material for a decorative panel, the unsaturated polyester resin for forming the polyester resin layer is composed of a polyester having an unsaturated group in its molecule and an acrylate monomer being a crosslinking agent and the polyester resin layer has a pencil hardness of 2-5H.
