<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitizing solar cell with high photoelectric conversion efficiency expected as a solar cell of the next generation at low cost, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitizing solar cell (1) is composed of a transparent electrode (4), a porous oxide semiconductor electrode (7) made of a porous oxide semiconductor film, dyestuff (5) injecting electron in the porous oxide semiconductor electrode (7), liquid electrolyte containing solution or solid electrolyte (11), a counterelectrode (8), and an oxide insulation body 6 covering the surface of the porous oxide semiconductor electrode (7) by sputtering, laid between the porous oxide semiconductor electrode (7) and the dyestuff (5). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
