The device has hydraulic engines (5, 6) fixed to hubs of non-driving wheels (3, 4), respectively. High pressure and low pressure tubes connect the engines to a hydraulic distribution block (16) and to one of several pumps (7, 9, 10). The distribution block is electronically driven by a pressure monitoring module (12). A dashboard (11) control sent via a wire harness (22) starts up the device in manual or automatic mode.
