PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by preventing a switch cover from causing trouble in setting operation. SOLUTION: If a closed switch cover 63 is opened and the switch cover 63 is turned, up to the position where the switch cover 63 stands straight with respect to a cover 80a, a shaft part 63a of the switch cover 63 is moved from a bearing hole toward a switch cover housing part 64; and the switch cover 63 is housed in the switch cover housing part 64 at the same time. Since the switch cover 63, opened to operate a switch 47 for function setting, can be housed in the switch cover housing part 64 in this way, the switch cover 63 will not cause trouble in a setting operation of the switch 47 for function setting as in conventional practice and the workability of a function setting can be improved by the switch 47 for function setting.
