A health mat is provided to prevent infrared rays radiators from being separated from the mat by firmly fixing the infrared rays radiators to the mat. The health mat includes; nets(10) on which connecting bosses(12) are extruded on the upper portion of each matrix type intersection(11), cushions(20) which are installed on the upper portion of the nets(10) with connecting holes(21), each of which is combined with the connecting bosses(12), infrared rays radiators(30) which have connecting grooves(31) attached and fixed to the connecting bosses(12) and covers(40), the edge of which is connected to the cushions(20) by high frequency, on the lower portion of the nets(10).
