PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impregnation curing winding in which a disconnection by a crack is suppressed by reducing a difference of thermal expansion coefficients of an electric wire and varnish, and the varnish is uniformly impregnation hardened between the electric wires, and to provide a method and an apparatus for impregnation hardening treating for the impregnation curing winding, an impregnatoin hardening treating system, and a varnish coating device.

SOLUTION: A polyurethane varnish is adopted as the varnish for impregnation curing the winding. The method for impregnation hardening treating includes a preheating step of heating a component having the winding to a preheating temperature of a temperature for lowering viscosity of the polyurethane varnish and a drying temperature or higher, a varnish coating step of continuously coating the winding with the polyurethane varnish while rotating the heated component at an equal speed, and a high temperature rotary drying step of drying the polyurethane varnish while heating the polyurethane varnish at the drying temperature higher than the varnish temperature at the varnish coating step time.
