PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure which enhances upper soundproof performance in a soundproof wall. SOLUTION: The soundproof structure 1, wherein a soundproof ceiling 3 is integrally provided at the upper end of the soundproof wall 2, is constructed . In this way, since the integrated soundproof ceiling 3 is provided at the upper end of the soundproof wall 2, the upper soundproof performance is excellent. Specifically, an end of the soundproof ceiling 3 is fixed by being joined to the upper end of the soundproof wall 1. A plurality of soundproof panels 6 are erected along guide grooves of parallel supports 4 of the soundproof wall 2, and the plurality of soundproof panels 6 are erected along guide grooves of parallel beams 5 of the soundproof ceiling 3. Additionally, a soundproof sealing structure part is provided on the other side of the guide grooves of the supports 4 and the beams 5. The soundproof sealing structure part comprises rails which are fixed on the other side of the guide grooves of the supports 4 and the beams 5, so as to overlap each other, and sealing materials which are attached to the rails and whose leading ends abut on the rails overlapping each other.
