PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-swaying fitting which steadily and very effectively prevents swaying of a gate valve movable shaft, is simple in structure, and easy to mount/dismount. SOLUTION: The anti-swaying fitting is provided for the gate valve movable shaft which opens/closes a gate valve set inside a casing embedded in the ground. The anti-swaying fitting is formed of a ring body which is fitted on the gate valve movable shaft with play, and mountable on a stopper arranged on the gate valve movable shaft; an upper anti-swaying frame body which is radially extended from an outer side surface of the ring body toward an inner wall surface of the casing, and then erected therefrom up to a necessary height while securing a necessary gap with respect to the inner wall surface of the casing; and a lower anti-swaying frame body which is formed below the upper anti-swaying frame body in one body with the same so as to be vertically extended downward by a predetermined length while securing a necessary gap with respect to the inner wall surface of the casing.
