FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should form a support for applying a fascial fragment: the edges of perforation together with scar thickening should be de-epithelized to perform tympanic incision at the border between its own tissue and scar thickening at length being a half of perforation circumference. Due to natural capacity of separated scar for contraction one should observe its tension and it is available in perforation lumen. Then one should apply fascial fragment exceeding perforation size for 2-4 mm. The suggested method enables to improve results of therapy and decrease the number of cases of repeated surgical interferences. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty. ^ 3 dwg, 3 ex |
