PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect water exhausted from a fuel cell efficiently and simply without releasing it outside.

SOLUTION: The fuel cell container is divided into a water recovery part for recovering discharge water generated at power generation, having a polymeric material with a water absorbing property of absorbing the water in a liquid state by contacting therewith; and a fuel supplying part for supplying new fuel necessary for power generation.
