<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical multi-row four side sealing automatic filling-packaging machine which can manufacture a large number of packages of which the four sides are sealed at once. <P>SOLUTION: This vertical multi-row four side sealing automatic filling-packaging machine is an automatic packaging machine 1, and for which forming mechanisms 15 are provided in parallel in an approximately horizontal direction into multiple rows, and which is equipped with a plurality of former pipes 151 which introduce a filling material into a packaging bag under a state being pinched with two sheets of packaging films 421 and 422. This vertical sealing mechanisms 16 are provided in parallel between a plurality of the former pipes 151, and are equipped with a plurality of pairs of vertical heat-sealers 161 and 162 which are confronted with each other across two sheets of the packaging films 421 and 422.
