PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed horn, a converter for electric wave reception, and an antenna, which can be made small-sized and have high reliability. SOLUTION: A feed horn part is a part of a converter and is provided with a chassis body 1 including a waveguide 2 having an opening part, a dielectric 3 being a dielectric member connected to the opening part, and a waterproof cover 4 being a protection member. The waterproof cover 4 covers the dielectric 3 and is brought into (close) contact with a part of the surface of the dielectric 3 (a part of the surface placed on the side opposite to the surface opposed to the waveguide 2, of the dielectric 3). The waterproof cover 4 is made of a material which substantially has the same electric characteristics (dielectric constant and dielectric dissipation factor) as a material constituting the dielectric 3.
