<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep continuity of operation with a low cost system by using regenerative current generated by a servo motor at a time of braking and charged in a capacitor and a spare battery as a countermeasure for electric power source cut. <P>SOLUTION: In this electric servo motor type governing device, a motor voltage/current conversion device 13 sends a rotation speed signal based on a control command signal from a governor control device 12, an electric servo motor 14 rotates based on the rotation speed signal, a servo cylinder 16 converts rotary torque of the electric servo motor 14 to reciprocating linear torque, and a guide vane 14 is opened and closed based on the reciprocating action of the servo cylinder 16. The capacitor 31 charging regenerative current returned to the motor voltage/current converting device 13 at a time of regeneration of the electric servo motor 14 is provided and electric power is supplied toward the governing device from the capacitor at a time of irregularity of the governing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
