PURPOSE: A group voice message system for supplying a voice discussion bulletin board and a method therefor are provided to open a voice discussion bulletin board, and to record a user's opinions in voice notice type on the bulletin board over the Internet or through a wired/wireless communication network, thereby exchanging the opinions with other users. CONSTITUTION: Mobile terminals(210,212) open voice discussion bulletin boards, and write voice notices to be shown to members. Wired telephones(260,262) open the voice discussion bulletin boards through a PSTN(250), and write the voice notices. Client computers(280,282) open the voice discussion bulletin boards over the Internet(270), and write the voice notices. A GVMS(Group Voice Message Server)(240) supplies a function of opening the voice discussion bulletin boards while storing the written voice notices, and informs the members of the written voice notices. A message DB(248) stores contents of the voice discussion bulletin boards while storing user information, and stores the written voice notices in voice data type. |
