PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for conveyance which is light in the weight, structured simple, and can be fabricated at a low cost. SOLUTION: A transmission device for conveyance is equipped with a rotor 3 having a circumferential wall 2 where cogs 1 are provided on the inside circumferential surface and a rotary shaft 4 to be inserted rotatably into the rotor 3. A gear 5 is formed on the peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 4, and a planet gear 6 is installed on the periphery of the gear 5. The planet gear 6 meshes with the cogs 1 and the gear 5 and orbits around the rotary shaft 4. An output gear 15 rotates with this orbiting of the planet gear 6.
