COMPOSITION BEING ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY AND HAVING DEODORIZING FUNCTION AND ADSORPTIVITY, INTERIOR MATERIAL USING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A composition having deodorizing function and adsorptivity, being environmentally friendly and harmless to the human body and using charcoal as raw material is provided. Interior materials manufactured out of the composition are capable of removing smell, chemical materials and harmful materials of a closed space like a car, purifying air and removing effectively chemical materials emitted from structural material and an adhesive used on a new building. A manufacturing method of the interior materials is provided. CONSTITUTION: Interior material manufactured out of a composition having deodorizing function and adsorptivity is obtained by the steps of: burning a tree at over 800deg.C to make charcoal; grinding the charcoal to make fine powder charcoal having 100μm; mixing the fine powder charcoal containing under 10wt.% of solids with a binder solution selected from polyolefine resin, polyester resin and acryl resin; coating a surface of fiber with the mixed solution by using a spraying method, a roller touching method or a dipping method; and then drying the fiber. The composition contains the fine powder charcoal of 100-10μm and a binder selected from the polyolefine resin, the polyester resin and the acryl resin.
