PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent early separation by solving problems wherein, if a rolling component is used under a condition accompanied by a slip at high speed, under a condition of thin lubrication, or the like, lubricant is decomposed by the rolling to generate hydrogen, initial defects are formed with non-metallic inclusion present immediately below a rolling surface as a starting point by the effect of the tensile stress to be repeatedly exerted in the rolling surface. SOLUTION: A rolling component prevents an early separation with initial defects formed with non-metallic inclusion as a starting point by forming the rolling component of steel containing non-metallic inclusion of the size smaller than the permissible value by specifying the permissible size in the non-metallic inclusion containing Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>or TiN. In particular, the rolling component is formed of steel in which the square roots (√area) of the projection areas of the largest Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>inclusion and TiN inclusion contained in steel are≤15[μm] and≤8[μm], respectively.
