In a PC card having inside it a printed circuit board on which electronic components are mounted, components with greater heights can be mounted on the board without impairing strength of a cover. Either or both of a cover body and a body cover (1, 2) have one or more hole portions (2a) for avoiding interference with electronic components (4), a plate-like member (8) for closing the hole portions from the outside of a cover is provided, and it is arranged such that the outer surface of the plate-like member (8) and the outer surfaces of the cover body and the body cover (1, 2) are in substantially the same height, and that the thickness of the plate-like member (8) is smaller than that of the cover body and the body cover. The structure above can increase the strength of the cover.
