ELECTRONIC CAMERA AND PICTURE PROCESSING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a picture with proper lightness without increasing the capacity of a memory. SOLUTION: The electronic camera is provided with: an imaging section for imaging a field to produce a picture; a photometry section for detecting the luminance with respect to a prescribed region in the field; an arithmetic section for calculating a ratio of a luminance value of a part corresponding to the prescribed region to a prescribed target luminance value in the picture imaged on the basis of the luminance detected by the photometry section; and a correction section for correcting the picture generated by the imaging section on the basis of the ratio.
