PURPOSE: A fuel saving apparatus for guiding ultrafine particles is provided to decrease smoke and to prevent environmental pollution by converting the physical property of fuel with the magnetic field and wave energy from radiation of far infrared rays and anions, and to increase fuel efficiency and to reduce vibration and noise by burning fuel completely. CONSTITUTION: A nanoparticle guide fuel saving apparatus is composed of a casing(40) fixed to a fuel supply pipe for feeding fuel from a fuel tank to a combustion chamber and made of synthetic resin or nonmetal material, a magnetic body(50) mounted in the casing to form the magnetic field and to atomize fuel particles into ultrafine particles by magnetizing liquid fuel and converting the physical property, and a far infrared ray radiating body(60) embedded in the casing to atomize and activate liquid fuel by radiating the anion and the far infrared ray to fuel moving along the fuel supply pipe. Ultrafine fuel particles are burned completely by converting the physical property of fuel with the magnetic field and the wave energy.
