摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a method for electrochemical indirect etching of aluminium sheet by continuous automatic system, wherein processes and conditions suitable for mass-production are set to lower unit cost of product, a certain high product quality is maintained by condition setting according to testing of final product, and loss of the solution is prevented by automatically controlling a solution and circulating the solution. CONSTITUTION: The method for electrochemical indirect etching of aluminium sheet by continuous automatic system comprises a cleaning step of washing the aluminum sheet after removing oils and fats and foreign materials adhered to the surface of the aluminum sheet by spraying a sulfuric acid solution; an activation treatment step of washing the aluminum sheet using water after uniformizing surface roughness of the aluminum sheet by spraying a sodium hydroxide solution onto the surface of the cleaned aluminum sheet; an electrochemical indirect etching step of washing the aluminum sheet using water after spraying a hydrochloric acid solution onto the surface of the activation treated aluminum sheet and supplying an indirect power source to the sheet to electrochemically etch one side of the aluminum sheet; a neutralization step of washing the aluminum sheet using water after neutralizing the aluminum sheet by spraying a nitric acid solution onto the surface roughness formed aluminum sheet to improve adhesion between the aluminum sheet and fluorocarbon resin; an anodizing film coating step of washing the aluminum sheet using water after forming an anodizing film on the other side of the aluminum sheet by spraying a sulfuric acid solution onto the aluminum sheet and supplying an indirect power source to the sheet, thereby anodizing an non-indirect etched other side of the neutralized aluminum sheet to prevent oxidation of the aluminum sheet; and a cleaning and drying step of removing moisture and humidity existing on the surface of the sheet after cleaning the sheet by dipping the anodizing film coated aluminum sheet into water of high temperature.
