PURPOSE: A multi-functional measurement scale is provided to present various exchange values without performing separated calculation. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional measurement scale includes a fixed scale(10) and a moving scale(20). The fixed scale(10) is formed at a predetermined side position thereof with a reference point(13) and a cutting section(12). The fixed scale(10) has a display window(14) and a check point. An opening part(11) is formed at one side of the fixed scale(10) so that the fixed scale(10) has a shape of a thin pocket. The moving scale(20) is formed at one side thereof with a measurement point(21) and a measurement mark. The moving scale(20) is inserted into the fixed scale(10) through the opening part(11) of the fixed scale(10).
