PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which suppresses the occurrence of troubles due to dust deposited to the board surface. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 10 comprises an imaging lens 30, an imaging element 40 electrically connected to a board 20, and a lens-barrel 50 bonded to the board surface with adhesives 70 with the imaging lens and the imaging element housed therein.
