The cover (1) is made of a suitable material and comprises several inflatable chambers (3). It can be divided into one central (7a) and two lateral parts (7b) to be inflated individually or provided with connecting air ducts. A removable panel (6, 8) of an appropriate size is inserted in the door area (5) facilitating the user to enter the car (2) with the cover (1) attached, for instance under severe weather conditions. Ventilation openings (12, 13, 14) are integrated at the front and openings (15) or recesses (16) can be provided in front of the radiator or around the exhaust pipes.
