<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier of reduced electric consumption free from peripheral stain, low in a running cost, and serving as an interior object for a room. <P>SOLUTION: A surface area is increased to exhibit a humidifying effect, as to a shape of a substance excellent in absorptivity. An air hole 3 is provided in an upper part 1 of a main body, and a blower 4 is provided. Air comes in from the air hole 3, and flows toward the blower 4 through the center from an upper part of a lower part 2 of the main body. A humidifying amount is increased because exposed to wind.
