<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply and demand plan developing apparatus that is capable of developing an economical accommodation plan in such a situation that there are a plurality of operators who needs to be accommodated and operators who can accommodate. <P>SOLUTION: The supply and demand plan developing apparatus comprises a means for receiving supply and demand plan information, individually created by a plurality of operators, from the operators; a compiling means that totalizes the supply and demand plan information received from a plurality of the operators, and compiles it in a predetermined format; a first searching means that searches the supply and demand plan information, created by the compiling means, for operators who are suffering insufficient supply or demand and the amounts of the insufficiency with respect to some search item; and a second searching means that searches operators who can accommodate, the amounts accommodatable, and the unit prices of the accommodations with respect to the search item. The apparatus further comprises a computing means that computes an accommodation plan for supply and demand, based on the results of searches by the first searching means and the second searching means; and a transmitting means for transmitting the accommodation plan for supply and demand to the individual operators. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
