摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a CNT film which is highly densely and repeatedly fixed on a substrate by a chemical bond and in which a chemical functional group is exposed on the surface. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is provided with the following steps, i.e., a step (a), in which a CNT single layer is formed on the substrate surface by reacting a pattern substrate having the surface of exposing an amine group with the CNT having an exposed carboxyl group and by the amidation reaction between the amine group and the carboxyl group, a step (b), in which an organic amine group is formed on the CNT single layer by reacting the CNT single layer with diamine and the CNT is laminated by reacting the CNT having the exposed organic amine and the exposed carboxyl group, a step (c) in which the step (b) is repeated n times to alternately laminate the CNT layer and the organic amine group n times, and the high density CNT film having the exposed carboxyl group is manufactured.
