<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution board of a simple structure to which a panel on which an electric equipment is mounted is easily mounted. <P>SOLUTION: A slidable second rail 9 is capped over a first rail 3, and a panel 5 is secured to the second rail 9.
