Each of the directional control vales further comprises a spool (2), actuator ports (3) and (4), a communication passage (7), a parallel passage (6), a tandem passage (5), a first check valve (8) allowing the flow of pressure oil from the parallel passage (6) to the communication passage (7), and a second check valve (9) allowing the flow of the pressure oil from the tandem passage (5) to the communication passage (7). For example, the first check valve (8) is slidably disposed in the second check valve (9), a through hole (14) communicating with the communication passage (7) is formed in the second check valve (9), and a plug (11) covering the end part of the first check valve (8) and the end part of the second check valve (9) is screwed into the valve block (1).
