PURPOSE: A check door mounting structure of a ventilation system is provided to complete the opening and closing of a check port by moving horizontally a check door and to facilitate installation and separation of the check door by attaching the check door with a magnet. CONSTITUTION: A check door mounting structure of a ventilation system is composed of one surface(50') of a body case(50) on which a check port(104) for being a hole inspecting the inside and replacing parts is installed; a check door(110) for shielding selectively the check port formed on one surface of the body case; and a movable rail(120) for guiding movement of the check door. The movable rail is formed horizontally on the upper and lower ends of one surface of the body case to guide a horizontal movement of the check door.
