PURPOSE: A system for a real-time information modification notification agent service and an operating method thereof are provided to automatically update customer information of a communication company server for a financial service and other all services on the Internet, and offer the customized service by automatically modifying the services requested from a customer through the online. CONSTITUTION: A customer update server database(212) is formed with fields including a customer ID and a service server ID of a service server to be updated. An information modification message receiver(213) receives an information modification message knowing modification for the contact information of the customer from a communication company server(40). A message transceiver(214) extracts the service server ID corresponding to the customer ID of the information modification message from the customer update server database, transmits an information update message to the service server(50) corresponding to the service server ID, and receives an update face from the service server. A customer message transferor(216) transfers the update fact to the customer.
