PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane device usable in wide application. SOLUTION: This crane device 20 is used to construct or dismantle a steel tower 11 which is a tower-like structure. This crane device 20 is provided with fixing means such as a first fixing member 31a and a second fixing member 31b mounted on a main column 14 of the steel tower 11, a support rod 41, a support wire 42 or the like, a mast 21 fixed to the steel tower 11 through the fixing means, and a crane part 51 supported by the mast 21 from below. The mast 21 has a cylindrical main mast 22 and a cylindrical submast 23 inserted into the main mast 22. The mast 21 is extended and contracted by moving the submast 23 for the main mast 22.
