<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time from formation of issuing data to completion of estimation even when much time is required for estimation as estimation formation of a custom-ordered material. <P>SOLUTION: Issuing data for requesting an estimation formation are formed in an issuing device 1-1, and electronically circulated to approval devices 1-2 to 1-N. Simultaneously, the issuing data are transmitted to an agent device 5 through the Internet 4, and an agent forms an estimation based on the issuing data. A storage device accessible from the issuing device and the approval devices is provided. When the issuing data are denied by the approval devices 1-1 to 1-N, a denial FLAG (flag) of the storage device is ON, and when the issuing data are approved by all the approval devices 1-1 to 1-N, a complete FLAG (flag) of the storage area is ON. The issuing device 1-1 examines the FLAG on receipt of the estimation from the agent, disposes the estimation received from the agent when the denial FLAG is ON, and determines the estimation completion when the completion FLAG is ON. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
