PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively reduce striking noise of a seal part and a seat surface part and dispense with a lining on the seat surface part even when a hard material such as an elastomer is used for the seal part of an air-conditioning door. SOLUTION: A time lag is made between the time when a protrusion 17 of a seal part 13 is abutted with a seat surface part 20 and the time when a protrusion 15 of a seal part 12 is abutted with a seat surface part 19, and thereby the seal part 12 and the seal part 13 are prevented from being abutted to the seat surface parts 19 and 20 at the same time.
