TRANSFORMER DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer device capable of easily grounding both the core and the high voltage component in common after a breakdown voltage test while making the breakdown voltage test possible in the transformer device for which the high voltage component is held by a bobbin and the ground of the core and the high voltage component is made common, and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: In the transformer device 100, the core 11 is inserted to the center of the bobbin 13 around which at least the primary winding wire 17 and the secondary winding wire 19 are wound and a core ground connection body 59 connected to a part of the core 11 and grounded is provided. The high voltage components 29 and 31 held on the side face of the bobbin 13 for rectifying a high frequency high voltage from the secondary winding wire 19 are provided and the core ground connection body 59 can be connected to the terminal L of the high voltage components 29 and 31.
