<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely determine a base sequence for a nucleic acid sample containing a micro-satellite, when determining the base sequence of A, C, G, T (U) and the like, interpreting a fluorescence intensity waveform data obtained by electrophoresis of nucleic acid fragments. <P>SOLUTION: The "fluorescence intensity waveform data of which the base sequence is known" containing the micro-satellite is formed into the database, the base sequence is determined based on a prescribed comparison reference, and the repetition number of the micro-satellite is calculated based thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
