摘要 <p>It is intended to provide a peptide sequence, a phage, an artificial protein and a chimeric molecule capable of binding to titanium, silver and silicone, which are needed to impart advanced functions to titanium, silver and silicone materials with the use of soft matter(s), or a complex of a peptide, a phage, an artificial protein or a chimeric molecule having the above-described peptide sequence and a functional peptide sequence with titanium. Titanium grains or the like are brought into contact with phages presenting different peptide sequences on phage particles. Then, titanium grains to which phage particles are bonded are collected by centrifugation and the thus obtained phage particles are grown in cells. Next, phage clones bonded to titanium are concentrated by repeatedly panning. From these phage clones, peptides (RKLPDAPGMHTW, etc.) capable of binding to titanium are identified. As peptides capable of binding to titanium, silver and silicone, RKLPDA and RALPDA may be cited.</p>
