PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical type machined ball finish-machining device which machines balls, in large quantities and improves accuracy in machining at a low cost by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: A vertical ball machining device composed of a lower working table 7 and an upper working table 1 facing each other with a prescribed space and disposed in a relatively rotatable manner with at least one of the facing surfaces being formed as a grinding wheel surface, machines the surfaces of the machined balls 19 clamped between both working tables 1, 7. A conveyor rotating plate 11 formed integrally with the lower working table 7 constituted to be rotatable through a drive mechanism is disposed to receive the machined balls discharged from an outlet cutout part 4 of the upper working table 1, to guide the machined balls to the outer peripheral surface 11c of the conveyor rotating plate through a guide wall 17. The machined balls guided turning upward to the outer peripheral surface get in again between the upper working table and the lower working table through an in-chute 18 for guiding to an inlet cutout part 5 of the upper working table, and are clamped between both working tables and surface-treated.
