PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display not only the required time of a task but also the processing conditions of resources including the capability such as efficiency and power of the resources and the load of the resources.

SOLUTION: This resource management device is provided with an input means 1 for inputting data to acquire the processing conditions of resources for processing a predetermined task and cyclic information to execute the task, a processing means 2 for calculating the throughput of the resources and the processing modulus of the resources expressed with the processing modulus of per unit time by using the inputted data and a display means 3 for arraying a plurality of polygons where the throughput of the resources is expressed with the length of one side of the polygon and the processing modulus of the resources is expressed with the inclination of one side of the polygon on a time axis according to a cycle when the task is executed, and for displaying a graphic where the processing start time(processing start coordinates) of the adjacent polygons of the plurality of polygons are connected to each other.
