PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance antenna switch of which the frequency characteristics regarding the insert loss is improved. SOLUTION: In order to solve a problem regarding the frequency characteristics of the insert loss when a high frequency transistor switch GaAs FET switch is used, an impedance adjusting circuit 49 is connected in series with the high frequency transistor switch GaAs FET switch and the resonance dip generated in a passband of a service band is transferred to the upper or lower side of the passband by adjusting an inductor L<SB>T</SB>for adjustment in the impedance adjusting circuit 49.
