PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil having improved conductive performance, and to provide an additive agent system giving the performance. SOLUTION: The fuel oil composition comprises a fuel oil having <10 pS/m intrinsic electric conductivity, and additives as follows. The additives are (a) a polymethacrylate, polyacrylate or polyfumarate which is not produced from quaternary ammonium monomer and has about 1,000-10,000,000 number-average molecular weight; and (b) or (c) conductivity improver. The (b) conductivity improver is (i) an olefin polysulfone and (ii) a polymerizable polyamine reaction product of epichlorohydrin with an aliphatic primary monoamine or N-aliphatic hydrocarbylalkylenediamine, or sulfonate of the polymerizable polyamine reaction product, and the (c) conductivity improver includes a hydrocarbon-soluble copolymer of an alkyl vinyl monomer and a cationic vinyl monomer, wherein the ratio of alkyl vinyl monomer units to cationic vinyl monomer units is about 1:1 to about 10:1 and the number-average molecular weight of the polymer is about 800 to about 1,000,000.
