PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue fixing device for avoiding breaking of and damage to a graft, by quickening healing, while maintaining a strong fixation. SOLUTION: A bio-grafting tissue fixing device is provided to be used for restoring and replacing a broken or damaged connective tissue such as a ligament and a tendon. This device includes an outside surface, a base end part, a tip part, and a bioabsorbable material including a longitudinal directional shaft passing through a slender body. This body includes an inside cavity opening in the base end part. The inside cavity terminates on the base end side of the tip part. The inside cavity communicates with at least one opening formed on an outside surface of the body.
