PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold structure for insert molding capable of contributing to the miniaturization of the mold structure itself for insert molding, capable of corresponding to the production of an insert-molded product of various kinds and capable of also contributing to the rationalization of a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This mold 1 is equipped with an upper mold 1a and a lower mold 1b and has a movable insert article holding pin 4, which is driven so as to advance to the predetermined position in a cavity 2 to hold an insert article 3 and separated from the insert article 3 after a molding resin composition 8 is injected in the cavity 2 and driven so as to retreat to a retreat limit position, and a mold base 5 for supporting and fixing the mold 1. The movable insert article holding pin 4 is inserted in the internal space 6 of the mold 1 so as to be capable of being housed in the mold 1 and supported. By this constitution, this mold structure can contribute to the miniaturization of the mold structure itself for insert molding, can correspond to the production of the insert-molded product of every kind and can contribute to the rationalization of the manufacturing process.
