<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amorphous silicon thin film transistor display plate capable of employing a slim structure. <P>SOLUTION: The thin film transistor display plate includes a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines which are formed on an insulating substrate, a display cell array circuit including thin-film transistors and pixel electrodes, a data driving circuit which transmits a data signal sent to the plurality of data lines, a gate driving circuit which is formed on the substrate and transmits a scanning signal or gate signal to the plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of signal lines which are formed on the substrate and transmit a source voltage or timing signal to the gate driving circuit from outside. At this time, each signal line includes a 1st wire and a 2nd wire formed of mutually different layers, and a connection member which comes into contact with the 1st wire and 2nd wire through a contact hole of an insulating film having a border line in flower-shape or uneven structure by exposing the 1st wire and 2nd wire to connect the 1st wire and 2nd wire. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
