PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with an environment easily connectable with a plurality of networks in a network information setting system without needing to acquire a profile from a managing apparatus, each time the use place changes. SOLUTION: The managing apparatus holds a plurality of profiles and provides a user with the profile on the request from a terminal. The profile contains the address of a printer and setting information, etc. for making encrypted communications as needed besides information for connecting the terminal to a network. The mobile terminal comprises a memory means for holding a plurality of profiles acquired from the managing apparatus and a function for setting the profile to a network interface, etc. to make it connectable to the network. To connect the terminal to the network in a place where it moves, a profile previously taken in the terminal about the place where it moves is applied to the network interface, etc. to enable the connection to the network.
