PURPOSE: A method and a network device for storing contents between devices including a storing medium are provided to integrate/store the contents to the storing medium of the desired device, after dividing the contents into parts of a predetermined size and distributing it to other devices connected to through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The first network connector(110) connected to the first network transfers packets of the contents by being connected between an external network and the device. The first controller(130) confirms the device having a usable storing part from the devices connected to the first network and controls that the packet is divided/stored to the storing part(170) of the confirmed devices. The second network communication part(150) confirms the device having the usable storing part from the devices connected to the first network and transfers a request for dividing/storing the packet to the storing part of the confirmed devices.
