PURPOSE: A cellular phone case is provided to make the usage for both folder and slide type cellular phone possible, to remove pollution caused by sweat of user or dust, and to offer strong fitting force despite of long-term use by using material of synthetic resin with prescribed elastic forces. CONSTITUTION: The cellular phone case, which can be fitted on the outside of the display element(12) and the key pad element(16) of cellular phone and protect the cellular phone from outside impact, includes; an upper case(110) having an upper plate formed corresponding to the outer shape of the display element(12) and an upper wall(112) on which an upper hanging projection hung in the inside corner of the display element(12) is formed; and a lower case(120) having a lower plate formed corresponding to the outer shape of the key pad element(16) and a lower wall(122) on which a lower hanging projection hung in the inside corner of the key pad element(16) is formed.
