PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove and a trivet capable of enhancing efficiency. SOLUTION: This gas cooking stove is provided with a gas burner 21, an enveloping cylinder 26 enveloping a combustion part of the gas burner 21 and opened at the upper part, and the trivet 1 covering the upper open part of the enveloping cylinder. The trivet 1 is provided with exhaust holes 111 for discharging combustion exhaust from the enveloping cylinder 26, and a plurality of pot supporting protuberant parts 13, 13 for supporting the bottom of the pot to be heated.
