PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical waveguide film having high productivity. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an optical waveguide film 1 is provided with a core section forming process and a lens section forming process. In the core section forming process, an active energy ray hardening type resin material 40 is held between the first surface 4 of a transparent base film 2 and a first metallic mold 24 having a pattern corresponding to a core section 6, active energy rays are radiated onto the material 40 and the material 40 is hardened to form the core section on the first surface. In the lens section forming process, an active energy ray hardening type resin material 42 is held between the second surface 8 of the transparent base film and a second metallic mold 32 having a pattern corresponding to a lens section 10, active energy rays are radiated onto the material 42 and the material is hardened to form the lens section on the second surface.
