PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetics composition comprising the extract of natural materials including Rosa laevigata, Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. var. japonica Nakai., Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc., and pine tree bark. Therefore, the composition has improving effect on acne and skin wrinkles and skin whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: The functional cosmetic composition for improving acne and skin wrinkles and whitening the skin is characterized by containing the nanosome including at least one natural material selected from Rosa laevigata, Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. var. japonica Nakai., Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc., and pine tree bark, and NAG(N-acetyl-D-glucosamine). The weight ratio of Rosa laevigata to Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. var. japonica Nakai. to Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. to pine tree bark is 0.9-1.1:0.9-1.1:1.3-1.7:0.9-1.1:0.4-0.6. And the weight ratio of the natural material to NAG is 1:0.1-1:20.
